Yea I have been having a lot of issues with RAGE lately. Until today, my RAGE game has some pretty weird video problems...so I recorded so I can show the developers what they need to fix. I'm also having this other problem known as pop-in, something about textures not loading fast enough when you look at them. also there is an invisible line in the screen that keeps coming up when i move my head around. And....my screen keeps blinking/flashing when I'm in the game, or the menu.

Did you enable "GPU transcode" in the video options? (Only available to recent Nvidia GPUs) This fixed all the texture pop-ins for me.

The line in the screen is simply screen tearing.
You can enable vsync by putting "+r_swapInterval 1" in the launch options of Steam. That took care of the line for me.

use this guide for a temp fix until a patch comes out , in the guid it shows you how to lessen texture pop in , also you can enable v-sync ( to stop the screen tearing , invisible line you describe )

Add this +r_swapInterval 1 to launch options in steam ,in steam right click on rage when in you games libary and go to properties , under the genral tab select set launch options , and paste +r_swapInterval 1 theere press ok , and your done that should get ridd of the screen tearing .
