I find it amusing and somewhat aggravating that a damn frost troll is harder to kill than a dragon
I have to agree with this a little. I stumbled onto a dragon while taking the slow road to High Hrothgar. I'd pushed diificulty up to master because I was fed up with single striking wolvés dead. I was level 10, and I suddenly heard this screaming and roaring in the blizzard. It was epic, a huge dragon flying in and out of the clouds, fighting some Drueghar Overlord we'd disturbed. Saved our asses. I didn't know whether to cut and run or stay and die. But Lydia was busy yelling, and shooting, so I figured, in for a penny, in for a pound, stringed my bow and spent the next half an hour dodging the beasts breath and firing arrows into it. We got the it grounded and Lydia ran up and started smacking it, so while she was taking most of the breath, I got in behind and got a couple of lucky blows to finish it. Absolutely epic.
Feeling like the dragon slayer I was, I jogged up the road to Hrothgar, yelling Fus Roh DAh, only to be single struck smacked down by an ice troll. Very humbling. But a little bit backward in terms of level scaling, if you ask me. I had to drop my difficulty to Expert to get up to see those grey beards...and me, a dragon slayer to boot

Still, I can't wait to take me down my next dragon. Been pumping points into archery, which is a skill I always wished to take, but always found impossible to progress in when playing Oblivion.
