I was wondering if Fable, the Lost Chapters and or Arx Fatalis...either one of them can run on 1 GB, 32 Bit operating system, and 1.70 Ghz?

Arx Fatalis will definitely run on that

Also, my computer is windows vista so I don't know if that will run fable, the lost chapters.

My one computer has Vista, lost chapters runs perfectly. You shouldn't have a problem there.

I clearly remember Arx Fatalis running better than Morrowind on my old rig. Man, that was like three computers ago.
