I expected this to get an 18 rating and still think it should have, you can blow people into little pieces. You can take peoples heads off and a lot more, there are games a lot less gory which got 18 ratings. Am I the only one who thinks this?

Maybe they think we are all so used to violence in life and on tv that it is ok at 15's. There is no swearing or sixual content also.

I think the game is rated Mature for 17+
It says so in the bottom left hand corner on the case.

We got a red square with 18 in it on the bottom left of the box, actually it is for Eastern Europe (Czech+Hungarian localization ), where did it release for 15+ again?

This game is hardly violent.

Sure, it's bloody, but there's little to no brutality in this game.


I've yet to see a single strong image in this game

There's loads of swearing in Rage. The Wasted clan use a lot of colourful language - heard the F-word a few times in different contexts, and some more British swear words such as Boll***s and Wan***.

I'd also say the game is violent (blades stuck in heads, decapitations, bodies exploding to mush... and the way the enemies react to being shot is pretty realistic which makes it more brutal.

Also surprised it's a 15.
