Does extra effect damage also multiply on sneak attacks? : V

I have a bow with 40DMG , but this merchant has a bow with 29DMG plus a 25 Shock DMG

So if I sneak attack shoot with the 40DMG one I know thats 120.... but if I buy the other one would it be

87+25 OR 87+75(Tripled extra effect damage)?

No. As simple as that. Ehchantment effects won't multiply when sneaking. High base damage is the way to go when sneaking and high elemental damage is the way to go when not sneaking.

Thanks , since I do everything stealth I won't be buying the aforementioned bow then
