Bethesda controls all rights and access to TES and Fallout content, the fanfics and content posted here included. I fail to see how SOPA would 'bring it to an end' lest Zenimax and or Bethesda stepped in.

Hold the phone. Isn't that bill about stopping piracy? Given that these forums are very against piracy, why would that bill affect them?

The bill would allow copyright holders to take down full sites for even the smallest of infringements.
