1. I've only slayed 3 dragons when it should be 7. All 4 have left during battle or didn't notice me despite getting hit with arrows. What gives? After the first time I was like oh well. After the second time I'm going "uhhh", and then the third time I am just tripping about it. Why does this keep happening? I enter a new hold for the first time and the dragon's just bail.?.?..

2. After I cap my level and cannot go higher, will my skills still progress? For example I cap my level but my archery is at 87, will it still increase?

1. Sometimes Dragons just fly away, I'm not sure why it happens.

2. The level cap is when all your skills are at 100.

Thought our character level cap was 50 and our skills are 100? Maybe I am misunderstanding. Once our character is capped at 50 can we still raise our skills?

Dragons need to like, notice you. You are kind of small and insignificant to them. Watch the flight patterns and move towards the center of their circle, that will usually get you noticed.


There is no hard level cap, if I remember correctly. You get levels based on your skill increases. I have heard unconfirmed reports that leveling becomes harder after 50 but I cannot be sure.

It is a soft cap meaning it takes longer to get to next level but you could get higher to level 81. Not sure how it works well myself. Yes you can raise skills until 100

No, there is no hard level cap. Once your skills are all at 100 you can't increase them anymore so you stop leveling. Most players wont hit the "level cap" because most players wont get all their skills to 100.

You should stop leveling at around level 80 or so.

You will be at "max level" when all your skills have reached 100. It's really simple.

EDIT - And yeah I have seen the same thing - raising all your skills to 100 should bring you to ~ lvl 80.
