I require a photoshop favour...

I need some help making a header and background for my Blogger account.
Nothing spectacular, just a simple blue/metalic header and background.
The header has to have the words:
Confessions of a sociopath

That's all I need.
If anyone is able to do that, I can't give anything in return... But I will be very thankful.
