OMG Destruction is so underpowered

So I was rushing into this dungeon and started pew pewing my spells at enemies, and i DIED, destruction is so underpowered! To do anything I have to actually set down a rune, use a shout, summon something, or god forbid heal or shield myself!!! This game is clearly broken, make destruction like it was in oblivion so i can blow everything up with one spell... NAOH!

lol.

Enchanted ring, necklace and circlet with reduce destruction casting by 20% each ... spam fireball all the time - never lose. Do a nuts amount of damage. ABOVE level 40. WTF are people talking about?

Yep i can't blow threw game casting novice sparks clearly this game is broke.
