Can't really speak for them......I suppose they are looking at some of the complaints but whats the point on commenting on them all? And then theres the fact of which ones they think are valid and which are just normal entitled gamer rants that come with every game release.

Hang on, I will time travel forward to 2017 when TES: Elsweyr comes out....

OK, I'm back. Naw, they hate you all and turned it into Halo just to spite you.

Ehhh too bad they didn't listen about giving instructions on where to go, because most quests just say (for example) 'find my statue, it was taken in a Foresworn raid' and if you turn off the marker well..then you just gotta scour the entire Reach and hope you luck into it.

Of course they listen! If they didn't read all this stuff, or at least a summary, M'aiq wouldn't have so much to say. :P

They're not in the habit of making major gameplay changes after a release. They will make what they want for DLC and patch some bugs, and that's about it.

The other thing to keep in mind is most people don't come on forums and complain, even when they don't like the product. If they like what they're doing and most users don't complain, they won't feel compelled to change it. Certain users also get more say: the mod team who create an awesome mod that improves the game is more likely to be noticed than any of our posts, no matter how well we articulate our points. Then there are other industry people who might raise the same issues and are more likely to be heard. Or maybe they'll raise different issues and those ones will be the influencial ones.

Depends what the OP means.
Learning and adapting from earlier games? definitely.

Adressing our concerns on the current game? absolutely not.
If they are working on X or Y we just don't know, so we remain frustrated, even if it takes a while to get thins done, at least put our minds at ease.

I believe they listen to the fans who are asking for things that they were already planning to do with the game in the first place.

Want to know what the collective complaints, suggestions, and advice of millions of fans sounds like if you smash them all together into a single cohesive noise?

Why would my bathtub be listening to me and what would I have to complain about?

IF you open that up in 20 tabs for each color and turn it all the way up while wearing headphones.
