Evochron Mercenary

Anyone heard of this? It looks like the X games but focuses more on combat. It looks really cool. I just watched a video of someone trying to transition into the atmosphere of a planet, he combusted a few times but eventually he made it and flew to a city. I don't know much about it, figured I'd share as it came onto Steam very recently.

The demo seems too complicated.

Can't find a city on a planet
Figured shooting the mining/tractor beam at an asteroid would yield ore nothing happened.
Get distress call can't figure out where it is coming from as I can't type in coordinate in the navigation screen.

Demo? Also, I'm confused. Steam has it for $20, but the website has it for download (under the downloads tab obviously) for free.

Demo on the website is time based.

I see these guys are still releasing games. I played one of the Evochron demos a few years back. It looked entertaining but back then the quality wasn't exactly worth the amount they were asking for it. I might pick this one up if a better sale comes around.
