When youve got the final perk in sneak, you can simply 'sneak' during combat to disappear for one second. We all know this.
However, if youre fighting someone in melee range, who has already detected you, you can press 'attack' during this one second of invisiblity. It'll perform a sneak attack.

Useful with daggers, but also very useful for sword and axe warriors because you'll outdo a dagger backstab so long as you wear DB gloves.

Doesn't work with bows.
Fun use of the perk, makes it really fun. It's tricky to use but you get a hang of the timing.

Hmmz nice trick, now I need to master it to get x30 dmg all the time

It's kind of lame because, for me, combat is simply this:

crouch
attack
stand back up
crouch
attack
stand back up


It's useful to perform to roll before you attack so you surely land the hit, because stealth attacks have short range. But a fight is still crouch-attack-stand back up

I'd like to see a fight in a movie choreographed like that xD
