Just fought 3 dragons in the span of 10 minutes... feeling E

Skyrim may have its faults. It may have its release flaws, especially on the PC. But aside from the sound glitch that made me trigger Loudness Equalization for my speakers, the game has run beautifully for me.

Just started my Skyrim playing session tonight, am level 15 and just crafted Exquisite Dwarven Armor, Boots, Gauntlets, and a Greatsword. As I travelled to meet some friends at a certain site to progress the main quest (which I'm still VERY early on in from what I can tell), the very first creature I fought to test out my new equipment wound up being a Blood Dragon! Encountered it not 5 minutes after I left Whiterun and ventured west. 3 minutes after that, another Dragon was circling in the distance over Rorikstead... rode out as fast as I could to meet the dragon and...

Spoiler
It turned out to be Alduin resurrecting another dragon, the 3rd time I've seen it happen!
After killing that named dragon, I continued westward and came across a haunted mine being guarded by two gentlemen to keep people away from it for safety's sake. As soon as I started talking to them I heard yet another ROAR from the sky and discovered yet ANOTHER dragon hiding behind the hill the mine was built into!

Running around the base of this hill I came across a campsite where two unfortunate fellow Bretons had met their demise at the hands of a Sabre Cat who was patrolling their site. I had always had trouble with these cats up to this point and just as it eyed me down, ready to pounce, the Dragon I heard swooped out from around the hill it was hiding behind and both charged me at the same time!!!!

To my amazement, 3 hardy chops with my Dwemer Greatsword felled the wild Sabre Cat, and then my attentions turned to the Blood Dragon. After a glorious battle my foe laid dead at my feet...

I have to say, this span of 10 minutes was some of the most Epic, blood-pumping gameplay I've had in ANY game so far! The particular music tracks that played and accompanied my journey and combat just sealed the deal.

Skyrim may have its technical flaws, but I have to say... in all honesty... this game is AMAZING in every way!

From the first time I stepped out of the cave at the beginning and relaxed on the hillside, listening to the cool, chilling ambient track that was playing... hearing wolves howling in the distance... and summoning my own wolf familiar.... I knew this game would be special and tug at my heartstrings in all the right ways.

I hope everyone else is feeling it just as much as I am... I mean REALLY FEELING IT. This game is special.

Feel free to share your stories of glory as well as cool ambience... just no spoilers please!! :D

I just want you to know that I enjoy seeing a post from someone simply enjoying the game and not nitpicking it to death.

Yeah, the dragon fights can be amazing. I just fought a dragon inside a town today, with it perching on roof tops, breathing fire, biting and throwing guards, setting everything on fire . . . it was amazing. Everyone was running around, the women and children screaming, the menfolk urging me on, the guards fighting beside me. It finally smashed to the ground down the center of the street, and I svcked its soul with a crowd watching. A little kid told me that I was "so cool". And now there is a giant dragon skeleton in the middle of town! :foodndrink:

EDIT: A picture for you. http://img853.imageshack.us/img853/5914/dragonperching.jpg (It's an elder dragon by the way!)
