When i pick the thief class(do you pick?) do i only get perks for speech, sneak etc? Or when i train my archery up can i get the perks for archery too?(The warrior) The manual and the internet don't make it clear and its nothing like morrowind or oblivion.

you don't pick a class and therfore you can get any perks for any skill

Thank you so much I've spent a good few weeks tweaking my character based on the misinformation i was given that you chose a class -,- time to start again lol.

Ha, just pick a race you want and wait for the ability to open the menu. When you do, just use the skills tab to review available perks and plan them then. I've found though, that the progression my character actually makes usually makes any planning I've done moot. You may find yourself needing an allocation that you did not anticipate.
