Which computer is better? : Othor Games

I dont know much about PC and I got 2 different models and makes recently I'd like to know which one is better....especially on the graphics end.

Anyone out there with PC knowledge (that I dont have) who could tell me which PC is better?

Acer Veriton 7600GT Desktop

Neither of these computers are very good for gaming (I assume that is why you are talking about graphics?). I would never buy an Acer machine myself because of their sub-par quality, that being said HP doesn't have a superb reputation either. If you want a gaming machine ideally you should build it yourself for the best value. Neither of those machines are going to be able to handle anything outside of flash games.

The first one looks marginally better than the second - hopefully you got them for free and are just wondering which is better suited for recycling. But both are 7 years old, antiquated machines that couldn't even play most games released 7 years ago, because they don't even have adequate RAM and lack dedicated graphics cards. Deacon's right - flash games is about all either would be good for.

If you do not want to build it yourself, a higher end ASUS computer makes a great base for customizing.

Thanks everyone for the help. yeah I got both of these for free and was just wondering which was better. And man I didnt realize they were both 7 years old...ouch. Yeah I need a computer to be able to play games on.
Taxes are coming in soon, anyone know of a decent gaming rig not too expensive for games such as RTS and maybe an MMO like The Old Republic (heard its good)??

Well, I'm not looking to play games maxed out. I'm thinking maybe in the 1.2k range......if possible.

For 1.2k (assuming dollars) you can get a beast rig that can play almost every game at max graphics settings with a good FPS.

You should head over to the community tech thread, tell them your budget and what you are looking for.
