What path should I take as a dual wielder? I was thinking the one on the far right so my weapon will auto recharge? Also, do I want the extra effect perk in the top middle? I could put a soul trap on both weapons + a dmg enchant this way.

One more thing, if you have dual wield weapons and you hit your keybind (mine is 1), then only the one weapon comes out. I have to open my favorites and click on the other weapon for it to dual wield. Is there a way to make it so that when I hit 1, both weapons come out.
