by which i mean cicero is pretty much at the same level of annoyingness, maybe only slightly less since he does not follow you around... (that i know of)

any ways, this is a random encounter i found and i think its pretty funny, especially when another random encounter happens to me in the middle and for a little bit every thing falls apart into kaos while the npcs' try to have their dialog.
