I paid 5k gold to some dude in wr and i cant find the house. anyone know where its at?

It's right next door to Warmaiden's (the blacksmith right at the gates to town).

You also get a MISC quest to go to your house once you've bought it, so a map marker will appear.

It's literally impossible to miss.

The name of your house is Breezehome. It'll appear on your map.
