Alright, so I got to 100 sneak after a more or less tedious experience with doing nothing but sneaking around the whole of Skyrim for a good many hours but I barely leveled up ONCE when doing that. Literally, I leveled up more times when advancing ten levels in Restoration than leveling up 50 times with Sneak. I was level 19 when I started and I'm only level 24 with a sliver left until level 25, which was mostly because of one handed and restoration.

So is that a bug or what?
