I'm playing as a Khajiit and I activate it with the 'shout' button. That might just be because it is a race power though. Haven't tried a spell.

Is it still that blueish look?

How long does it last and does it make a sound like when you cast it like most other spells (in other words does it alert enemies to your position)?

I have a khajiit, the greater power lasts 60 seconds and doesn't seem to alert enemies.

Imho the night eye is a 100% improvement since oblivion
