One hitting just about every humanoid

Playing on the Default difficulty level 19 almost 20 Redguard, 67 in one handed 47 in Heavy Armor. I find that I have been one hitting most people I come acroos, first time I came across Thalmor it was like fighting a bandit for the first time, meaning not very challenging at all but animals, bears, saber cats, and dragons and Falmor still provide the challenge. Seems weird, do I just have gear that is to good for my level? Exquisite Skyforge Sword, exquisite Dwarven Shield, and then Superior Steel plate armor and an exquisite steel helmet. Seems odd that humanoids would offer no challenge at all but animals do

Are you sure it's ALL humanoids?

I mean, I cut through bandits like a knife through scrib jelly. But Bandit Chiefs, or Bandit Outlaws and the higher tiers still provide quite a decent challenge. It's normal to destroy the bottom tier of enemies, but if you're making mince meat of the higher tiers then you might want to consider upping the difficulty or cutting down on the skooma :P

Try expert. I'm enjoying the game slot more. And If a part gets to challenging just turn it down. Btw I'm about the sane build except I'm a Nord.

Try Master, even. And try searching for humanoids further away from towns and main roads.

Do giants count as humanoid? Try one hitting a giant.

Go on. Do it.

haha ya I mean regular bandits don't stand a chance but Bandit outlaws, really aren't to hard. Couple swipes and they go down

Yep. Right after I take on a deathclaw with a switchblade.

I'm level 24, regular (unenchanted) leather armor, hide shield and an exquisite, but otherwise normal steel war-axe. On normal I am finding an adequate challenge. I have to use potions for the boss fights and my health depletes pretty close to death even on normal encounters when I am outnumbered or otherwise at a disadvantage. Most people who are finding the game too easy seem to be powergaming.
