There's plenty of custom skins for Windows once you've patched your uxtheme.dll file. http://www.custopack.com/ is another option.

Pretty much everything else out there is a shell replacement, like LiteStep

I'd say patching uxtheme is the best way to go.

CustoPack Tools works good. Although my options seem to be limited for that.

rainmeter may work aswell but it doesnt visually change much just adds options

Rainmeter isn't an alternative to Windowblinds, the two do completely different things.

BBlean? It's basically a linux style shell for Windows.

CustoPack is good for me for now. If I ever need anything more, I'll just patch my uxtheme.
