i escaped with madanach(sp) from cidhna mine, gave me some armour of the gods and then he killed all the guards and a named character upon entering the city. i promptly sauntered out the main gate.

- reentering talos shrine in malakarth(sp) city will instigate a 3 guard scene where they try and frame me for a murder and stick me back in jail which is now locked and cannot be escaped from. wtf?

- i had a quest to reclaim a shield from a forsworn camp. turned out that was the camp that the forsworn king went to, everyone is friendly there including normal forsworn, named characters and my target with the shield. i kill him in broad daylight in front of everyone and noone bats an eyelid. they just wander around looking at the body occasionally.

- some camps of forsworn in skyrim are friendly but mostly they attack on sight. why? broken, thats why.

if forsworn are a faction then helping the king should have made them all friendly. it dont work. needs a'fixin' it do!

the 2nd thing you mention about the 3 guard scene...is supposed to be unable to escape from....or you can go out door...and run your ass off from at least 10-20 guards

or just go to prison...which is meant to happen

Also when u get outside and they kill all the guards....those guards just stay dead in town for EVER.....i hate that..

Yeah, I kill all forsworn I see except for the ones in the Lair Madonoh and the rest of the Chain Gang are in (forget what it's called).

Happened to me as well. Had the quest to kill the leader for the cave and the Forsworn leader just ignored me when I put my axe in his friends spine.

(And OT: Still can't buy a house in Markarth after I did turn down the stewards offer the first time.)

its not supposed to happen AFTER youve already done it once before and been in the mine and escaped!

I'm pretty sure the foresworn have a huge bounty on my head. I've certainly killed enough of them.

I had the same thing happen, finished the prion break then i went to do some of the civil war quest near the jarl, a guard comes up and tries to arrest me for the murders i didnt commit AGAIN. Luckily i started a conversation with another npc and the guard just sheathed his sword and walked off...
