Random disconnects.

Am I the only one haveing random disconnects from Skyrim? Just out of the blue Skyrim shuts down and i have to open it again. I'm currently lvl 34 and the game have closed about 20 times on me. Is this a bug or is it something wrong with my computer?

I'm suffering from this, atm i can't get closer than 1cm on the world map to the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary, Falkreath or any area between the two without the game crashing. svcks because i want to do the questline.

i had the same issue on my laptop which is a powerful gaming one capable of running skyrim on ultra settings which I did at first with very minimal lag. But it crashed a decent amount. I turned the settings down to low and it has never crashed since in 10 hours of game time so I think that was the problem.

Yeah, I've had this happen a couple of times. You just have to remember to use the quick save a lot.

I have a very powerfull computer running 60+ fps on high. I don't think turning graphics down will help. but can always try.

nope it wont help....its just a Bethesda game thing. It happens with all their games, until they attempt to patch it or someone makes a community bug fix/patch. I made a thread/rant about this about a week ago....and all i got was the usual garbage "It works for me"

I have a high powered computer as well, and this happens to me on a regular basis....i take the opportunity to use the bathroom smoke grab another drink and restart it. Your def not alone...

im thinking it has something to do with vista 64 bit for me.....games always seem to raise hell on the 64 bit version.
