I didn't mind the many glitches and annoyances. I looked past them because I've been waiting for this game for 5 years, I couldn't nitpick. It is a great game, but man, how did they not catch some obvious mistakes.

I can't even get the Ebony Mail, my favorite artifact since Morrowind, because of a stupid glitch. I cleared the cave I need to go to earlier, and back then a rock formation blocked off the quest area. Now that I've started the quest and return to the dungeon, the rock formation isn't removed, so I can't progress the quest to get the Ebony Mail.

Bethesda, instead of pushing the release date forward to rush the game and look cute because it's 11/11/11, finish your game then release it.

One f the only bugs for me is that mannequins you store armor on become invisible each time you return
