Was hoping that they had actually released the perks rather than copy&pasting from other parts of the web....

I am completely underwhelmed by the list.

Questions:

I assume that One-Handed are all tiered skills and that there really isn't just four skills?

Do the smithing skills have to be done in order? I have to waste a perk on everything up to Glass if I want to be nothing but a master glass smith?

Block perks turns shield into weapon (bash)? Why the heck am I carrying a sword then?

In order to carry more I have to invest in Pick Pocket perks? Seriously? BOO!

Note: Additional 25% armor if in matching set AND 25% armor bonus if all in heavy armor (not matching). One kinda negates the other no?

Well if you can stack them, that would be something.

Honestly most of the HA perks seem way overpowered to me. I hope some of those have some big requirements. If you actually had all of those you would be nearly indestructible.

Yes, in fact with all possible heavy armor rating upgrades there's a 150% bonus.

Maby the base armor is lower than what we're usedto and we'll haveto spend the perks to make it noticably good?
Or light armor has some really good perks aswell, that would really svck for robe users tho.
Monsters balanced after all these high level armor perks and robes left in the dust.

Robe users are going to be mages who can rely on Alteration to shield themselves, Restoration to heal themselves more quickly than the enemy can damage them, Illusion to obscure themselves, Conjuration to distract enemies, or Destruction to smash hostiles before they can get to attack range.

"The Warrior - One Handed
Hack and Slash
One Handed Prowess
One-Handed Tactics
Bone Breaker"

-Just to be clear, does Dual-Wielding go under One Handed skills?
And in order to boost up the Dual-wielding combat, would I have to hit with both swords every time? Just a bit confused.

Jaja! now this is what I call a misleading title.
We knew this information since Eurogamer, which was when SamuTheGreat posted it.

Nothing to see here, moving on...

Kinda. One handed describes a weapon class (swords, daggers, maces .... yada) while dual wield describes a method of fighting with a one handed weapon. I do not think there is a dual wield skill though one can dual wield.

Some of the lists from that article are incomplete and light armor missing altogether. One handed for instance makes no mention of Bladesman, Stand and Deliver, Savage Blows, or Charge. Given the date of the article is today, where did he get his information from? The UESP wiki site on the skills has more than he did, suggesting a compilation of info from whatever their sources were. In addition, an arguably more important thing has been left out (though the UESP site doesn't seem to have it either), namely the trees' structures or dependency information. Perhaps that has not been released and can only be speculated on to any degree by slowing down Todd's presentation at the part where he's going through showing some of the constellations and using sharp eyes?

Hardly matters I think, since we are literally down to 11 days. Would be kinda nice of them to officially release the full perk trees with dependencies like a few days before the game is out so those who want to try and lay out a plan can get a leg up.
