What build should I use if I wanna be an assasin, dual weild? Pls tell me the skills and stats

Isn't that obvious? Sneak, Archer, Smithing and One Handed.

You can have a maximum of 5-7 perks to full, so there is plenty of stuff to get.

what about magic?

You should raise some magic, not max it though.

Archer/single handed/sneak/lockpick/speech/blacksmith/light armour (couple magic enchartment etc)

I have guide at home with all builds, this is what im leveling ^^ to make a rouge character.

How about play the game for a little while in the style you want and then see what skills increase the most and then this will sort of give you a clue on what skill trees to focus on and also look at the perks.
