So in looking at the 3rd Era lore (where this should be ~1000 years before Skyrim), there's not a lot of time in between emporer deaths/crownings. I mean perhaps 3E 114 - 121 gives a 7 year stretch, but for an mmo to exist in a 7 year period only seems a bit constrained?

2nd Era, not 3rd. The 3rd one only lasted four hundred years.

Wonder why they didn't chose Azura or Clavicus Vile, or any villain with a little more personality.

Yes, there was the Mythic Dawn in Oblivion. But do you think these "evil" factions are joinable?

I dont know D: Since its an online game... i mean all those things we love will they be gone? Since it would not work in a MMORPG...

edit: oh wait the Era's arent exact 1000 year periods. So, this lands us in the 2nd Era, prior to Tiber Septim uniting Tamriel..
