I am having a bug where i go to the 2nd settlement and talk to Ricter (not sure if spelled right but u get it) and he sends you over to Janus. You talk to her you get her mission then you start to head back down. Ricter is standing in the way, gives you a quest, and then he refuses to move...and if you try to crt+alt+del back to find an answer on the internet your computer crashes.

He moved out of the way for me after I accepted the quest.

I accepted the quest. its in my quest log. he just doesnt move and keeps telling me to go Northeast...
