OK after installing the new RAGE performance driver from ATI, I get little Texture Pop-In. It could still be improved but it is at least minimal enough I can really enjoy the game. Everyonce and awhile I get a CTD though.

1) When I was using my STEAM overlay.
2) Loading to a new area with and without steam overlay
3) multiplayer after a few minutes
