Weapon models breaking apart in the sewers on ATI new driver

Running on ATI 6950 with the new driver released today game was runnig great till i got to the sewers by the second base.When ever i enter the sewers and reach about half wy through where the lighting is the most dark and moody my weapon models or hand break up with the bullet chamber floating abouve the gun and the textures on the front turn black anybody else had this happen to their game..

Ok so ive tried a few graphic options ingame and have found that it only appears to happen when i turn anti alising on to 8x anything less and its gone so its a bug with the lighting and anti alising on the ATI drivers..

Sorry for the last post it still happens in the sewers the models polygon rip apart near bright lights definity glitchy in the sewers
