The current state of the PC version doesn't need new video drivers, it needs id to face reality and realize that this pos (visually) is NOT what we wanted. (if your happy with the current Rage then please enjoy the game and do not lecture me on my opinion.)

This is a TOP OF THE LINE PC. Nvidia 580 Vid card, 8 megs of ram, SSD drives, etc.

How can the 360 version look BETTER then the PC? The platform that MADE who you are today. The ONLY platform where you can PUSH the envelope, drive people out in DOVES to buy a new $500 vidcard. On what other platform can you do that?

To end on a positive note however, behind the technical mess, hides a fun fun game. Gunplay is great, sound is top, movement feels good. But it's all hard to enjoy when it really really looks like a last gen title.

Simply put, coming from id software, we expected more. (not that i'm using 'we' as in assuming EVERYONE is unhappy. But when you look at the post counts all over the net, its in the thousands)

So for now, I will not finish Rage. Instead I will hope id gets a patch out and i dont care if its 120gigs. Just anything to make this look like a next gen id title.....
