it improved it alot, still the game have the slow textures streaming, and some crashes when entering new areas now and then, but i play it like this, it ruins the game overall, but thats what they delivered to the clients a broken product.

also i wanted to ask can a client sue for such a thing? i mean it really is broken..

yep i did applied the fix and did what cebit said to dude in this ati sutterting thread and the game works perfect for me i have ati hd 5570 1 gig and im gettting 30 fps just i have to wait for a textures patch to comeout to fix the slow loading textures! i was so close to returning this game lmao
