I'm not that far in to the game (currently level 17) so I have not come across any Scaled armor yet. Does anyone have a picture of your character in Scaled armor that you could share?

Nope and nope. First is Dragonscale, not scaled. Second is iron. Scaled is like http://images.uesp.net/0/04/SR-WarriorFeast_wLegal.jpg.

EDIT: Nope, second is iron helm and... hide armor? Herp derp, sorry. Not scaled, however.

It's scaled. Iron helm yes, gauntlets too I think. Check the pants. not hide armor at all.

I noticed there were two different Steel armors for me to craft the other night. Both had the same stats, they just looked different. One had bigger shoulder armor and the other had nothing over the shoulders. Could these both be Scaled armor but different appearances?
