no srsly, what are they thinking? it doesnt make sense at all...

there thinking in an economy which is in a severe state of decline and dire streights this will boost sales, you have to spend money to make money. these people arnt idiots its a very bold move and may just yeild the results they want.

I.E. new artwork / movies / music video's / adverts etc etc with a DAZ studio tag or something or w/e people find out what there done by in the industry and then try it themselves this will just boost that in thoery thus making more sales hell there probabl on the verge of releasing a new version so they want to get companies hooked on it.

could be a very smart move. and thanks ill d-load when i get home from work i used to love this stuff in college :D

Wonder if it can handle NIFs or if a plug in has been created that supporst import/export functions for Skyrim. If so, they may have a convert. It looks almost like a scaled down version of the 3DS Max Interface so it probably is pretty good.
I dont think so, I think you need to export as an OBJ and convert using blender or something else.

Noghri as you are more experiences with those products, do you know how I can export an heightmap in size bigger than 512x512?
I have never actually used bryce, just the daz 3d, but i am just checking it out, to find it.

Found this might be able to help

Daz makes a good chunk with microtransactions, particularly with DAZ studio. It's like a dollhouse, but you need to buy the dolls and clothes.

This thread consists of bots, the OP, and myself.
Technically I think they're marketers not bots, since they're replying to posts.

The heck with Soundbooth, all that is is Syntrillium's Cool Edit Pro bought and renamed by Adobe.
A multitrack DAW that blows Soundbooth (and pretty much the other DAWS out there like Cubase and SOnar) out of the Water, and it's Free
(You can use it for free as long as you want, but you can buy it for $60) is REAPER.
