I have the hd 5770 and i downloaded the new update and it did not work. It made the game worse for me... it crashes now at every load screen the graphical glitches and tears have become more severe.

I want to play this dang game already...ne suggestions ?

I have a 5870 and 1090t and I can't leave the first room. So don't feel bad, the new driver hasn't worked for me either.

I had the same problem you are describing, I uninstalled my video drivers completely & reinstalled them. Then I updated ATI's fix for Rage.

I think the BF3 Beta driver updates from ATI were causing it, I hear rolling back works too but a clean fresh install never hurt anyone. Give it a shot.

nope didnt work...i guess i get to wait patiently until the developers or ati come up with a solution
