I remember playing at eurogamer there was a small farmhold near whiterun the couple there an high elf woman and a redguard male asked me to get rid of a mad jester.
Anyway bethesda really made the jester believable he had the whole bizarre outfit and headwear and makeup and was appareantly trying to burry his dead mother but the voice acting and animations at the scene where top notch won't spoil anymore.

Hopefully you could have a fun mini game and dress as one in the street and make money
