Somehow disturbing news of Skyrim getting released early and the high amount of YouTube videos and..Google...The enemy of all Game developers. Distresses me and excites me. People, this is a large epidemic of sorts. People seem to want to spoil this game more than any other? Does this mean that people are more excited about this game than any other? If you been on the forums for the past oh say...3 seconds you have probably seen titles with the headline Werewolf...That is where the conversation will not shift there so...

I really wonder if these leaks are making Todd curse his cut out of Dovahkiin out of Bethesda... Or is he calm and collected and smiling knowing that he did this...And he just gained Bethesda millions. I actually expect it to sell better than almost any other game in history. MW3 commercials you are wrong...Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the most anticipated game! Can I get a Fus..a Ro... and a Dah maybe?

I really appreciate and love them for bringing this amazing series back. I didn't play Arena or Daggerfall... I barely go tpast the quest in Morrowind where you met the blade. I watched my sister beat Oblivion before me so I didn't beat it cause I was like ahhh...So I am not a hardcoe fan...BUT I LOVE ME SOME SCROLLS!!! (BTW I put it in the Spoiler forum just in case the little content I talked about was considered bad...)

(Please don't hate on me! I just hate it when they make this awesome game for so long and then this happens...Pete Hines was very upset saying about a week ago with all the leaks that when you work on a game this size so long it becomes more than just a game.)

i asked Matt, Pete and Todd on twitter and Gstaff wrote back telling me "yes" to when I asked "Does it piss you off when you slave for years over a game and things get spoiled"?

I agree with you, thank god for the mods hard work, they have saved me from many spoilers.

He posts this, in the spoilers section..and calls people abiding by the rules IN the spoilers section, Trolls.

They probably saw it coming. Werewolves were supposed to be a surprise indeed, but the game leaking early was to be expected.

I think he came from the general discussions forum to vent frustration.. the thread topic "So...Werewolves confirmed and no uproar?" was initially posted there and people were getting angry at the spoiler. I can understand that.

I understand why they sent it to reviewers, but I honestly wish they didn't. Two main reasons:

1. TES is one of the few games out there that have a lot of care put into it, not just a re-skinned version released yearly. Out of respect for Bethesda, I'm not getting the leak even though anyone can get it.

2. The loyal fans are the ones who have to wait while pirates play the game and spoil it for others.

It isn't like people are walking down the street and trolls are jumping out of sewers yelling spoilers. The game won't be spoiled for people if they don't want it to be.

yes and no, people are still posting these threads in the general discussions and then they get moved to this forum by a moderator.. so yeah, it is happening.

While we certainly appreciate the sentiment - as we can see already in this thread, it's going to be too contentious to stay open.
