i cant stand the low rez shadows on my pc version, they ruin the high graphics settings and make the game look sloppy,
i tried a mod from nexus and edited the ini, witch does nothing when you do change them.... has anyone successfully
increased the shadow res? if so, how do you do it?

Increasing the shadowmap resolution in games can sometimes make the shadows look worse. The shadow filter is the main thing we ought to concern ourselves with. I haven't been able to test it for lack of caring, but someone should try lower or higher values to see which makes the filter look better.
