Instead, I find that after inserting disc one and installing what I assume is a small amount of content, Steam has taken over and is downloading a 25+ GB file. Why?
This has blown my limit from my ISP in the space of one day. It would be great if someone could help me understand!!!
BTW, I'm in Australia and this started as a PRE-LOAD last night before today's official launch.
