So after testing the ATI Rage Performance Driver, 11.9 and 11.8 CCC , Battlefield 3 Driver and all the tweaks associated with rageconfig.cfg I was able to get the game running fairly well but the FPS really svcks. I am currently using the 11.8 Catalyst driver with Catalyst AI Disabled and openGL triple buffered enabled, my video card is a ATI 4870.

I found this thread on STEAM forums and put the .dll file in my RAGE folder:

Before I copied this file the gameplay felt sluggish and slow, nothing close to the experience I was hoping for. Now I get about 3x more FPS but I get heavy artifacts but it feels like the shooter it was meant to be.

Has anyone used this .dll with FPS increase without artifacts?
