I just installed Skyrim on my PS3, does it download and install the patch automaticly when I start playing or when I installed the game or do I need to go the psn store, download it manualy from there and then install it ?

If your PS3 is connected to the Internet, it will inform you when you start Skyrim, that there is a Patch and all you have to do is confirm with X and the PS3 does the rest by itself.

If your unsure, check data storage on the dashboard. You should see Skyrim at 4.38g, and also the Skyrim patch to v2.0, which is 58mb.
