Either in the gui xml files (are they xml this time around?) or you cant.

Reading from DarN comments, it is difficult to modify. It seems the gui is encoded in some form of flash swf format.

The short answer is you can't right now, because they used Adobe's Scaleform product and we can't do anything witht hat format right now.

Oh I see, so I'll just disable the compass. At least we know how to do that
