That was the exact way I maxed out all my cars last week! Exact same spot.

It is kinda hax how they keep respawning. You can actually see them spawn in front of you too.

Yea, good idea. You also can just drive around. I've obtained ~45 certificates while using 2 repair robots.

Nah, Shmoe is right--it's useless to harvest certificates that late in the game. Car was already maxed out, so it is useless info. The extra cash is nice though--too bad you can't trade the certificates for supplies.

My cars were not quite maxed out after finish all the races so I did this to unlock everything.

It is fun mucking around in the wasteland with the cars even though I have finished the game.

I get my racing certificates and money with ArtMoney program by searching the values and their changes.
Money, Cetificates, Ammo, Items and Unique items...
