Whenever I attempt to load any sort of instance outside of the main map. It will show the loading screen then stop responding or doing anything. If I ALT+TAB in the background there is a message saying that the program has stopped responding. Did you guys test the PC release at all, I mean like AT ALL?

Flickering, screen tearing, washed out textures that take time to catch up if I turn too fast.

Since I can't return the game to EB Games anymore, how do I get a refund? I want my $59 back.

Out of curiosity: What OS are you using? Aside from performance issues I have yet to have the game crash on me - and I ironed out the perf issues.

This is "running" ( I wouldn't even call it that ) on:

Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
ATI HD6850 (Rage Performance Drivers from Oct 4th)
AMD X6

I'm having the exact same problem. Hard to blame this one on the GPU companies. I've been stuck in the Mutant TV area for ages. I've played through it four or five times but it crashes at the exit no matter what I do. Was really enjoying the game but this is just silly.
