HDD vs Disc?

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 3:32 am

So ive gathered that HDD is bad for the texture bug but running off the disc has more success. I am in no way a tech person so what is HDD and how do i just run it off the disc?

We're looking into it. Something to clear up is this has nothing to do with whether you install to the hard drive or not.

Quoting Bethesda mod. So its seems that its not connected to hdd.

Your hard drive, basically these issues were apparently due to playing from disc or installing the game on your HDD, i would just play from disc as i have been for the past 3 hours i haven't seen one issue texture wise.

Todd himself said on Twitter that we can now download the Skyrim's disc to the hardrive, There's a "Day one patch" for the game itself but i don't know what it's for though.

I'm often baffled by people who buy technology and have no clue how to use it. Would you buy a car if you couldn't drive?

Actually, yes, yes then I could learn how to drive. It's all about mind and feeling. You'll never gain if..

Poor anology. If you wanted to use a car anology, buying a vehicle with 4x4 but not knowing how to use it would be better. He knows how to use his xbox, just not accustomed to installing to the HDD.

Relax. Everyone is so tense about all these damn bugs. Arguing about whether or not someone knows how to install something on a HDD or not isn't going to fix them.
