Hey guys, so im the kind of gamer thats OCD loves to complete everything in one playthrough. Ya know get everything i possibly can and all that jazz. In that spirit im looking for a mod, or guidance on how to make a mod that would do something like this: Make it take between 2x and 3x as long for skills to increase, but when you level you gain 4 perk points. That way at level 70 which is really the max unless you totally revamp the leveling system, youd be able to max every perk. If any one is interested in making it or showing me how to make it lemme know id love to get started on this im sure some other people would show interest.

Pretty sure this will be one of the first mods released when the Creation Kit. Just waiting for them to finish that up and the floodgates will be opened.
