I can't help but to think kingdoms of Amalur.

That is not a good thing. It looks exactly like KOA but less colorful. Even down to the characters. I hope it doesn't feel like it. I tried to play Kingdoms but it was lacking, been there done that.

I have a feeling after seeing the screenshots and reading the leaked info that this is a wrong turn. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but with something as big as The Elder Scrolls it can be a huge deal. You'd have to be blind not think that this mmo will impact the single player in some way or form.

I am two things right now. First I'm not happy, I'm scared for this series. Second I'm happy, I'm excited to see what could be. This has to be done perfectly. They have to come at this very cautious and really listen to the community. The fans that have been here from the early scrolls games have a right to speak. They are the ones that made it as big as it is.

Either way we will most likely all play it and all love it or hate it, there will be no middle ground on this one. After a long sit down with my thoughts I've decided to wait until more info/videos are released before I start forming my opinion. A year from now we may be playing our favorite new mmo or setting elder scrolls on the shelf for good.

I'll end with this. I don't want my hand held with this game. I want it to be hard, overwhelming and confusing. I want to be learning about aspects of the game months and months maybe even years after the game releases. Also I don't want feeling of grind after grind and the same old stuff everyday just to get special gear that once you get doesn't help you because now you have to get the extra special gear. Being rewarded is why I play mmo's. Please don't add an ingame store that allows the person next to me to get the weapon I've played 50 hours for to get.

Whatever it is I'm feeling I'm not sure. One thing is for sure I'm eager to see what comes of this either way. Good luck, hopefully not good riddiance.

I thought that too. KoA was a terrible game in all respects, just a notch above Gothic 4.

If it was like KoA but online and set in TES world i would love it, but i doubt it will have that type of combat, the KoA MMO though could be what you mean, but yea it looks like it.

Yea i tried KoA too. Open world my ass.
You even needed to go to specific marked zone if you need to jump down a cliff.

My thoughts exactly. There was one time I had to get to an objective right across a little stream but I couldn't get across due to invisible barriers, I had to go all the way around. Oh and no jump was a horrible decision. I will say the combat flowed very well in that game but it didn't matter because all the countless enemies promised were cut and paste.

I thought KOA mmo was canceled?
