I'm going to loot corpses and am somehow moving them around, like the pick-up and move aspect of elder scrolls. It's entertaining for a while, but i'd rather just loot and get back to my slaughter-fest.

You're probably holding down the A button. That's the new way to activate item manipulation. Just tap it
