A while ago I was shot by two arrows while fighting bandits, I noticed the arrows in my characters model but thought they would eventually disappear like in Oblivion.. zero saves and one hour later, they were still there.

I have since then played another few hours with nothing changing there is still an arrow in my shoulder and on through my back.

Things I have tried:
Restarting console
Un-equipping & Re-equipping arrows
Swimming
Getting healed from alters
Removing clothes a million times.
Dropping all arrows.

Nothing seems to work, it is really annoying having these two little things ruin the look of my character in third person..any advice?

UPDATE:
I was able to hunt down some bandit archers who shot an arrow in my face, this arrow caused the other two in me to disappear and after a second the arrow in my character's face disapeared as well. Solution: Get shot more.

Been reports of this on all the platforms and reviewer copies too. One of the reviewers had an arrow stuck through his FACE for 10 hours >.<


Could try getting filled with arrows... or filling a body with arrows.

Normally theres a cap to how many arrows stay on screen at once

Maybe you need to go see a doctor.

Thanks for the reply, I tried filling a wolfs body with arrows but only two could stay in at a time before the next shot would force one to disappear i'll try and get shot by some bandits over and over now, how did the reviewer that had the arrow in his face manage to remove it??

Don't think he ever did. He simply mentioned it'd been stuck in him for the last 10 hours (presumably up until he wrote the review)

This is also happening to me . The arrow stuck in my character is is rite in the middle of his head it looks ridiculous lol

Arrow in the face is a great ice breaker.

Well, looks like I'm going to be dodging arrows like a maniac now...

i managed to get rid of it by just letting a archer shoot me after bout 5 shots it dissapeared . lol hope it doesnt happen again

This is a really annoying bug. Normally I like to play in third person, but that is out of the question considering my character looks like a porcupine.
